Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, but the real color may be slightly different from the pictures becuase the lighting problem.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Please get that receipt from your payment account or email account.

How can I return an item?

Sorry return is not allowed for custom provducts. But I will send you photos of your products before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping, send me a proof and I will resend a new one or refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we will. Contact seller if you need it urgently.

Can you ship the products Internationally?

Yes, but if your delivery address is in a remote area, please contact the seller first
